Shipping Terms

The minimum shipping and handling fee is $8.15 on orders less than 1 lb. You will be notified by email your full shipping cost on orders weighing more than 1 lb. once it has been weighed and dimensions are determined according to USPS or UPS standards. Warner Herbs reserves the right to select the carrier of its choice. We ship only in the continental United States. Warner Herbs also reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

Return Policy

  1. To receive credit, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the invoice date. There is a 20% restocking fee applied and no shipping fees are refundable. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days.
  2. No returns will be accepted for special order items.
  3. There is no credit, returns or exchanges on items that have the seal broke or marked upon.
