FOODS TO AVOID WHILE DETOXING:
- Sugar and artificial sweeteners
- Dairy and soy products
- White flour and other grains (exceptions: steel cut oats, brown/wild rice)
- Raw vegetables
- Egg yolks if boiled
- Meat (unless specified differently by Mr. Warner)
- Peanut butter, nuts and seeds
- Fruit: raw, cooked and fruit juices
- Sodas
- Commercial coffee and teas
- Alcohol
The above mentioned foods are avoided for any of the following reasons; sugar, acid or mucus forming, binding, not properly digested during cleanse, or chemicals.

- Brown/wild rice and oatmeal
- Natural herb teas e.g., red clover, red raspberry, chamomile and lemon balm
- Coffee substitutes ( i.e., roasted dandelion root or chicory root) made with distilled water
- DRINK BETWEEN 80 – 96 oz of DISTILLED WATER DAILY
IT TAKES 3-6 MONTHS TO CLEANSE THE BODY
